A creamy, food-friendly rosé with ripe and rich flavours of summer pudding fruits and gentle spice, balanced by crisp acidity. Fruit for this salmon-hued pink (50% Cinsault, 40% Grenache and 10% Syrah) comes from 15ha of estate vineyards planted on granite on the edge of Collobrières in the Var.
