Smokey stone fruit and blossom on the nose, revealing more Nashi pear and citrus notes. The 100% Rolle has an oily texture on the palate, with plenty of peachy fruits and ripe citrus acidity. The salinity and lime zest on the finish is cleansing and moreish. No oak has been used to make this charming food wine.
