An elegant nose of grapefruit, blossom and peach. Juicy red berries on the palate, oily-textured thanks to the oval-shaped vats used for fermentation. These vats allow the wine to ferment on the lees in a natural convection movement similar to bâtonnage. Plenty of fine mineral acidity to refresh. Available in magnum with limited availability from November 2021.
