This blend of 50% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 20% Carignan is fermented in concrete and stirred daily to enhance texture and aroma. It’s a youthful wine with bright acidic fruit (raspberry, redcurrant), a soft mouthfeel and a welcome brush of herbs on the finish which add interest.
