A bright and breezy mid-bodied Grenache-dominant blend supported by Syrah, Mourvèdre and Carignan. Lifted aromas of ripe red cherry but on the palate there's more sultry, darker cherry and berry flavours inflected with wild herbs and smoky spice. A great match for barbecued sausages.
