Château Mont-Redon, Réserve Mont-Redon, Côtes du Rhône, 2019

Fermented between 14°C-16°C for four weeks, with malolactic blocked, producing a medium-bodied, restrained white wine with a degree of drinkability and crispness that is fairly unusual for the southern Rhône. Fresh, with a crisp citrussy flourish on the finish.
