Floral, wild honey with sweet and dried apricots on the nose - aromatic and enticing. Not superdry, there's a touch of sweet stone fruit offset by herbal accents. Overall, quite a delicate texture - an easy-drinking style where the acidity doesn't stand out and instead the focus is on the bitter, honeyed and spiced edges. Long finish and a nice entry into whites of the Rhône. Enjoy cold.
