Night harvesting and 10% Vermentino (Rolle) contribute to a particularly fresh and zippy style of southern Rhône white. Has a certain greenness to the aroma; green apple and grapefruit to the central pear. Medium- to full-bodied, fresh and tangy with good citrussy acidity and some length. Would work well with fresh Thai spicing. Zesty lime on the finish.
