From 5- to 50-year-old vines, matured for 10 months in demi-muid. Beautifully spicy, smoky fragrance, it soars out of the glass. So floral, like chewing on rose petals. Light-bodied, fresh and gentle with very fine, light tannins and a seductive lick of red berry fruit. There’s a little saline hint on the finish, and some juicy just-ripe blackberries and grilled bread. You just want to smell it again and again: captivating.
