Domaine Jean-Paul Jamet, Côtes du Rhône, Rhône, France, 2016

A rare Côtes-du-Rhône from the northern Rhône, the vines grown near Ampuis. It's a medium-bodied, bright and attractive white with lovely balance between generous plump fruit and inner tension. Good acidity for a 2016 white, and lovely lift from the Viognier.
