From fifth-generation winemaker Benoît Dardé and his son Paul comes this serious, spice-dusted brambley red from their 84ha of organic vines just north of the Camargue. It has grippy, chewy tannins and lovely refreshing acidity to balance the rich meaty fruit weight. Cracking value at this price and deserves a nice roast beef or lamb.
