Very soft, pure and elegant, with good concentration. There's a touch of smoky bacon from the Syrah, then succulent red berries from the Grenache. Plenty of concentrated, juicy, chewy fruits. Very long for this AP, with a herbal flourish on the finish. Grown on limestone and sandstone slopes, harvested at night, all destemmed, fermented with natural yeast after a two-week pre-fermentation maceration.
