E Guigal, Rosé, Côtes du Rhône, Rhône, France, 2018

A salmon-pink rosé fermented and aged in stainless steel, and it’s remarkably fresh still for a 2018, with good balancing acidity. Has some grip and character – would work with or without food. Good intensity of fresh berry flavour, raspberry and redcurrant.
