The Pinot Noir-based rosé from Sancerre has fresh raspberry and grapefruit on the nose, thanks to low-temperature fermentation. Ripe strawberry on the palate, balanced by zesty acidity and lemon peel freshness. Ripe strawberry jam flavours last forever.
