Based in Saumur, Bouvet Ladubay has a history stretching back to 1851 and has developed more than 20 different sparkling blends from Loire grapes over the past 170 years. Made by the traditional Champagne method, this brut-style blend of Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay has had 18 months of age and offers an impressive level of complexity for the price. Soft, orchard fruit, some creaminess and hints of patisserie. Good bang for your buck.
