Made from the Kisi variety, which is macerated on its skins for six months in traditional Georgian qvevri, producing an orange wine full of earthy apricot skin, floral highlights, and streaks of dried mango and pineapple. Full, pulpy and pithy with a sandy texture, this is a delicious wine to enjoy with or without food.
