7 months in qvevri followed by further polishing in oak barrels, this is an orange wine made using the local grape Mtsvivani Kakhuri planted in the estate's own black slate and alluvial soils-rich vineyards. A fragrant bouquet of pineapple, dried apricot and toffee apple, it's creamy and smooth on the palate with refined tannins. Dried mango sweetness is balanced by elegant acidity. Textured and long, with dried yellow fruits and white spices lingering on.
