Apricot jam, candied orange peel and green tea on the nose, peach and yellow fruits on the palate with depth of dried apricot, dried mango, and yellow apple. Chewy tannins form the backbone, with a good level of acidity to refresh the sweet yellow fruits. Aged on 100% skins in qvevri for 5 months.
