Heinrichshof, Sonnenuhr Riesling Trocken, Mosel, 2017

The steep, south-facing slopes of the Mosel’s famed Sonnenuhr vineyard enjoy lots of sunshine, so this dry Riesling has wonderful intensity of lime fruit and an underlying minerality. With great sense of place, this is delicious now but worth coming back to in a few years too.
