Flinty stone fruit, pineapple and apricot with a touch of acacia honey on the nose. Ripe grapefruit, ginger and lemon zest on the attack, leading to more spiced yellow fruit and honeyed depth on the back palate, great green apple acidity serves as the spine. Clean and long finish.
