Thomas Haag’s vineyards are just down the road from his father Fritz Haag’s estate, although on different soils. This cuvée is a classic expression of off-dry Mosel Riesling, with concentrated green fruits and subtle minerality. A hint of sweetness is offset by lovely fresh acidity.
