This blend of German grapes is dominated by Scheurebe, a crossing of Silvaner and Riesling. It's a fairly simple wine, just off-dry, with a mélange of fruit, light alcohol and a touch of spice. Would be easy to drink on its own, or try it with a Thai curry.
