Somewhat subtle and restrained in aroma, with delicate hints of stone fruit. More intensity comes through in the mouth, showing yellow apple and yellow plum. There's both freshness and fullness here, with some bitter lemon. It’s not a showstopper but it’s well made with attractive, citrus-led characters - lemon rind, grapefruit, pomelo and lime. Light and easy to drink, this will be a mid-week pleaser and would pair well with seabass and buttery greens.

The M&S Found range is a shining light in the supermarket's lineup, and this Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc) from the Pfalz region is delightfully fresh and saline, with juicy peach flavours giving roundness to the dry and bright palate. Enjoy with chicken caesar salad or a selection of soft cheeses
