Grauburgunder is what the Germans call Pinot Gris. This dry (trocken) expression of the grape has a good weight of fresh, fleshy peach fruit flavours, the freshness preserved by the bottling under screwcap. Easy drinking and fruit forward, this is one to enjoy with or without food.
