Louis Guntrum, Oppenheimer Sackträger Riesling Spätlese

Winemaker Konstantin Guntrum has created a vivacious yet elegant style of Riesling, with an attractive initial aroma of lime and hints of spice. There is a touch of sweetness in the mouth that is balanced by a vibrant lemony attack. This leads into a minerally mid-palate and a pleasant honeyed finish. The grapes were hand harvested, gently pressed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the aromatics and freshness.
