Made from the local Savatiano grape. It’s mostly used for retsina in this area, but varied dry styles of Savatiano are emerging, and this example is aromatic with floral, citrus aromas and fresh crushed apple. A refreshing wine, quite pure yet full of flavour. Bottled without sulphites.
