An absolutely superb single-vineyard aged Rosé from star Greek producer Apostolos Thymiopoulos. Complex, robust, textural and long, with fleshy pink grapefruit, candied blood orange, cranberry and filigreed herbal notes of dried mint and thyme. The generosity of the fruit is supported by a delicious tannic grip. Such beautiful development, with nutty nuances and moreish toastiness.
