A characterful Assyrtiko from 70- to 80-year-old vines, aged in clay amphora, spending four years on lees. Aromas of orange, stone fruits, honeyed peach, plus hints of toasted nuts. The palate is fresh, with a gentle savoury tang – hints of stone fruit, textured with vibrant acidity and a crisp citrus and salted nuts finish.
