This most recent release is solely based on the 2020 vintage. Harvested in late August to retain freshness, the Furmint-dominant sparkling had 24 months of ageing on lees and was garnished with 6g/l of dosage. It presents a clean, pretty nose of pear, citrus and white fruits. Mineral and limpid, crunchy with green apple and just a hint of yellow fruits for depth, finishing with toasty umami notes.
