If you have a sweet tooth, or just fancy trying something a bit different, this medium-sweet sparkling wine from the Tokaji region in Hungary is worth a shot. It has a waxy, stone fruit and cooking apple aroma, while in the mouth the sweetness is balanced well by zesty, limey acidity. This could work well with a pork terrine.
