Dry Furmints are increasingly fashionable on wine lists and it's good to see them in supermarkets too. This is softly mineral with notes of juicy yellow peach, herbal notes and ripe pear. The Royal Tokaji Wine Company also makes the lovely 2018 Late-Harvest sweet wine (£12/50cl) which would be a great match with foie gras or cheese.
