Barkan, Classic Cabernet Sauvignon, Upper Galilee, 2017

This is a perfumed Cabernet Sauvignon from the heights of Upper Galilee. It has a ripe black and red berry fruits nose, with hints of rose petals and sweet spice. On the palate it has good level of acidity, blackberry and raspberry flavours, with roasted coffee beans, liquorice spice to add more complexity. A tasty yet good-value food wine for around £10.
