Asda, Extra Special Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, Montepulciano

This wine, made from the Montepulciano grape, has a slightly sweet cherry fruit character with good persistency of flavour. It's a bit one-dimensional but there is good acidity which breathes life into it. Good value.
