Quite a weighty, round style of Pecorino, whose rich peach and meadow flower characters, balanced by citrus acidity, make it a great alternative to Chardonnay. While you could enjoy it with Pecorino cheese, the name means 'little sheep', and was sought out by flocks thanks to the grapes' high sugar content.
