Farnese, Fantini Sangiovese, Terre di Chieti, Abruzzo, 2015

This Sangiovese has a nose of black cherry and hints of damson jam. The palate features very ripe, sweet fruit with astringent oak and streaks of vanilla. There is some spice and balancing acidity on the mid-palate.
