Tullum is a newly promoted DOCG and is a rare find, with just 18ha under vine in 2018. Fresh orchard fruit scents and floral flourishes lead to a palate reminiscent of premier cru Chablis in its tight, appley character. The long, subtle finish has prickly minerality and an acid undercurrent.
