The grapes for this Pecorino are grown at an altitude of 432m above sea level, and after fermentation the wine is aged in stainless steel for three months before bottling. The nose is quite reduced but in the mouth it gives a bit more: juicy apple, melon and apricot sit on a light pillow of acid and lees. Good intensity and quite a long, appley finish with plenty of freshness.
