From the estate's Vignbianca site at 120m above sea level, this wine spent six months in stainless steel then six months in bottle before release. It has a delicious nose of melon, apple, peach and subtle wild herbs. In the mouth it has pronounced, juicy acidity surrounded by waves of intense yet refreshing lemon, green apple, melon, peach and bitter almond. The finish displays a slight leesy creaminess which adds some depth.
