This wine has a distinct sherbet-lemon aroma, with crisp green apple and elderflower cordial notes. Intense, tangy and super-juicy, it combines apple, melon, white grapefruit and lemon juice in the mouth for an invigoratingly fresh and slightly unusual take on Pecorino. Some herbs come in on the finish.
