From the estate's Tocco vineyard at 220m above sea level in Castiglione a Casauria, this wine is matured in stainless steel for six months before bottling. It has a very light, clean nose which leads onto a textured palate with a pillowy, leesy character behind the rich vein of citrus, apple and peach. Focused and intense compared to the majority of other examples here, it's delightfully fresh and would be a good match for grilled skate wing or tempura vegetables.
