Tenuta Ulisse, Pecorino, Terre di Chieti, Abruzzo, 2019

A tropical-scented Pecorino from the Terre di Chieti IGP. In the mouth it's both saline and juicy; almost a sweet-sour dichotomy. There's some leesy texture with a lick of creaminess, and an intense streak of stone fruit running through, leading to a pithy finish of grapefruit and lemon zest.
