Adnams, Extra Dry Fizz Rosé, Italy NV

Citrus blossom and a hint of dust on the nose, with an undertone of orange candy and stewed strawberry. Plenty of candied red berries on the frothy palate but with lovely white pepper bite and citrus zests providing a lift. A light-hearted aperitif with a touch of sweetness on the tip of the tongue, followed by a clean, umami finish.
