Just 5,000 bottles are made annually of this charming sparkling Sangiovese rosé, vinified using the Long Charmat method with extended time on the lees. It offers inviting cherry and strawberry wafts with some garrigue notes. Clean and steely, it features some sweet strawberry and salty lemon mousse flavours with some richer cherry fruit behind. Reasonably fresh and vibrant, this is a delightful aperitif fizz.
