Greco di Tufo is Campania’s noble white grape, generally more structured and serious than Falanghina. This delicious example is made from fruit grown at 800m altitude, on volcanic soils. Peachy, white stone fruit juiciness – almost tropical in character – is allied to a minerality and structure that make it supremely food-friendly, combined with lively acidity.
