This has a slightly vegetal nose, with touches of baked apple, honey, blossom and saline yellow fruits. In the mouth it’s textured and honeyed, with juicy apricot and apple accompanied by racy acidity and ending with a fresh, nutty finish and flecks of pithy grapefruit.
