Bright and saline, this Greco di Tufo, from the inland hills of Campania, is floral and appley with some creamy apricot in the background. The mid-palate is minerally with some tropical fruits and apple peeking through. Wines from this DOCG are usually great with food, so why not try this with a creamy fish or pasta dish. Yum!
