Falanghina is catching on with white wine lovers looking for something more interesting than the watery and neutral Pinot Grigio that Italy churns out in huge quantities. It's a sunny and juicy white wine that's easy to love – and while in pricier examples you may find more complexity and structure, this well-priced offering has attractive spicy, ripe peach fruit and hints of almond.
