Pagadebit (aka Bombino Bianco) means 'pay the debt', thanks to the grape's high yields even in bad vintages. Subtle aromas and flavours of acacia, straw, gentle herbs and citrus mean it is an easy allrounder as an aperitif or with delicate dishes – and more interesting than ubiquitous Pinot Grigio.
