After 20 years at Bellavista, Roberto Gatti created Ferghettina in 1990 and now makes his own wines using Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Saten is a refined and complex blanc de blancs with toasty, lemon zest aromas, a soft mousse and an attractive savouriness. Sumptuous but dry and balanced.
