Pale gold. Firm, chunky fruits here, with a little rogue pineapple in among the pear, quince and apple. A more exuberantly fruity Pinot Gris than most of its Collio peers, this generous quince and peach white has an attractive salty lick to it, and sits nicely in the centre ground between the Grigio and Gris styles. Super stuff.
